Designed by YOM ships physical products from California to customers within the United States and internationally.
Ready-to-ship pieces are generally prepared within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Made-to-order and personalized pieces require additional production time. The estimated production time is shown on each product page and is commonly 4–8 weeks. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the complete order may be shipped together unless separate shipping arrangements are made.
Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.

International shipping is available to supported destinations shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless those charges are collected at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be sent again.

Online Studio sessions are digital services and do not require shipping.
